Meet Huw:

Nice to meet you! My name is Huw Humphreys and I work as a coach, business consultant and also teach a qigong class. If that seems like a lot of things to be doing, it is! But they all fit together in their own way.

As far as coaching goes, I’m interested in working with people to help them achieve their goals and create change in their personal or professional life. We all have strengths we don’t make the most of - my work is in helping your recognise those strengths, and create a strategic approach towards achieving your goal.

Having started and grown a business myself, I am aware of the inherent challenges. I collaborate with you to understand your approach, what you’re seeking to achieve, and help you develop a strategy to approach your objective.

Coaching is useful for approaching and resolving the general challenges in life. There are things we can control, and things we can not. I work with you to make the most of your resources and options to navigate the change your seek to make.

  1. Approaching Wellbeing

Improving your wellbeing creates a foundation from which so many good things flow. A campaign-based approach is the key to creating and maintaining improved health and wellbeing. This will involve qigong, a modality of movement, meditation and self-management.
