Qigong is an ancient practice, but I feel it is more relevant now than ever before. Practitioners of qigong enoy numerous benefits fin their physical and mental wellbeing.
Learning qigong has been a passion of mine for some years now. My training is focused on elements of stillness and movement, which I have developed into a program suitable for everyday participation and practice - or as the beginning to a deeper internal journey.
Suitable for all our levels, our qigong classes are starting weekly on the Sunshine Coast from October 2025.
